Refund policy

Returns will be accepted on RTS items within 30 days upon delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with the tags still attached.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on made to order items. If your item is defective or there was an error with your order, please contact us at brittany@brittanyharttdesigns.com and allow up to 24 hours for a response. We will correct any issue that was due to our error.
