Do your items run true to size?

Our handmade patterns are sourced from a number of different pattern designers. Most patterns run true to size; however, it is best to compare your child's measurements to the size charts listed on each product. 

Are your items Ready to Ship or Made to Order?

All of our handmade collections are custom made-to-order. Our Exclusive line of bamboo viscose products and blankets are ready to ship.

What is your TAT?

Custom handmade items are shipped within 14 business days unless otherwise stated. A new handmade collection may have a TAT of 3-4 weeks to allow for fabric printing. We typically are able to get most orders out in less than 14 business days.

Our exclusive line of bamboo viscose and ready to ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days.

If an order contains both made-to-order and ready-to-ship. items, the order will follow the TAT for made-to-order items.

Where is your clothing made?

Our custom handmade collections are made in Fort Myers, FL.

Our exclusive line of bamboo products are manufactured in Qingdao, China.

Brittany Hartt Designs is a Registered Small Batch Manufacturer that follows State and Local regulations when it comes to business ownership and sales tax reporting.

What about product safety?

Metal snaps, zippers, and hardware used in our clothing meet or exceed the CPSC total lead content requirements for children's apparel (<100 ppm). Our materials are tested through certified laboratories to ensure they are safe for little ones.

Our children's sleepwear is intentionally designed to meet CPSC snug-fit garment requirements. These garments are cut close to the body and do not use flame-retardant chemicals. Please choose your child's usual size to ensure the proper snug fit for safety compliance.

What types of fabrics do you use?

We primarily use knit materials with 4-way stretch. We utilize a number of different synthetic and natural fibers. Each product description includes the material the item is made from. Each product also includes a drop down box with more specific fiber content information. Our exclusive line of bamboo viscose products are made from 230GSM 95% viscose from bamboo, 5% spandex.

How do I best care for my clothing items.

The best way to care for apparel items from Brittany Hartt Designs is to wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and like colored items. Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach.

Do you take custom orders?

Brittany Hartt Designs enjoys being a part of your milestones and special occasions. Please check send us an email at info@brittanyharttdesigns.com for more information on custom orders. Custom orders may be subject to an upcharge pending the need for sourcing of patterns or custom fabric printing.

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for custom orders.

Do you accept returns?

All made-to-order items and custom orders are final sale; however, Brittany Hartt Designs takes pride in our work and stand behind our products. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will remake or refund accordingly. Please contact our shop immediately upon receiving your order if you find any errors with your order.

Ready-to-ship items can be returned for within 30 days of receipt and must be unused with original tags. Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected.

Do you ever donate to organizations or special events?

Brittany Hartt Designs strongly believes in giving back to our community. We allocate funds each year to different non-profit organizations.

Brittany Hartt Designs historically donated to the following organizations: Blue Sky Collective supporting foster care, PTSD Summit which raises awareness to PTSD and veteran needs, Premiere Mobile Health Services supplying healthcare to underserved or underinsured populations, Health Park Medical Center Labor and Delivery supporting bereavement supplies for pregnancy and infant loss, and many other local churches and school organizations in need of donated auction items.
